SEVEN STEPS TO QUICK & FAST WEIGHT LOSS:

Step 1. Dieting does not mean starvation; you have to alter the type of food which you consume.

Step 2. Eat small but frequent meals, with at least 8-10mglasses of plain water, but not Coke.

Step 3. Breakfasts are the most important meal, so never skip it .

Step 4. When you eat a major meal, think that you are a diabetic , you ,may not be one, so NO SUGAR, POTATO, SWEETS, ICE CREAMS, CAKES, HEAVY DESERTES, COLD AIRATED DRINKS, ALCOHOL, REPLACE THEM WITH LOTS OF SALADS, FRUITS, SOUPS, GREEN VEGITABLES.
